When a law firm recently contacted me about improving their internet marketing, it was clear that their website was already getting a lot of traffic, but their visitors weren’t converting into paying clients.
When I visited their site, a couple of things became obvious, one was that their site seemed generic. It looked like 1000 other attorney sites that you could find anywhere on the internet.
There was no sense of who these attorneys were, or why you should hire them.
The site was cluttered and chaotic.
There were no clear calls to action.
We cleaned the site up, made it more personal and welcoming, re-wrote the attorney profiles, rephrased the calls to action and added some good quality photos of the lawyers.
Conversions are up about 400%, and clients frequently comment about how much they like the site.
