Hank ran a garment manufacturing company and operated on a tight profit margin.  The seasonal ebbs and flows were a drain on his cash flow, but he was often so caught up in the everday stuff, that he rarely sat down and analyzed whether he was operating at a profit or not; until there was no money in the bank.
